New Monthly Challenge: Thirty in Thirty

With the new month comes a new challenge.

So, either walking or on my bike I want to get 30 miles in this month... I figure that's a good start and one that will work with my extensive back and leg pain and not cause more pain.

And I figure it wont be so bad as to make me turn it off before the end of the month! Will post weekly updates to keep accountable.

Now I'd sure love to go over 30 but I don't want to exacerbate an already really bad pain issue.
